The sparkling wine is delightfully light, crisp, and refreshing. The mildness of the oranges yields a delicate grapefruit flavour on the mid-palate. The soft, typical effervescence of a German Secco leaves a pleasant citrusy aftertaste. It pairs well with many dishes, but seafood and Asian cuisine are particularly complementary.
